What types of tours are available?

We offer a wide range of tours including adventure, cultural, food & drink, nature, wellness, workshops, water sports, and sightseeing experiences across Asia Pacific.

How do I book a tour?

Browse our tours, select your preferred dates and number of participants, fill in participant details, and complete your booking with secure payment through Airwallex.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before the tour, 50% refund for 12-24 hours, and no refund for less than 12 hours. Exceptions may apply for emergencies.

How do I become a tour operator?

Register as a supplier on our platform, complete KYC verification, and start listing your tours. Our team will review and approve your application.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all payments are processed through Airwallex with bank-level encryption. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I contact the tour operator directly?

After booking, you can communicate with the tour operator through our platform messaging system for any specific questions about your tour.

What about refunds?
