Terms of Service

Acceptance and Accounts

  • Using TournaCC means you accept these Terms.
  • You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account details.
  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.

Bookings, Payments, and Refunds

  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Payments are processed via Airwallex.
  • Customer refunds: full (>24h), 50% (12-24h), none (<12h), unless exceptions apply.
  • Supplier cancellation of confirmed bookings results in full customer refund.

Prohibited Conduct

  • No fraud, abuse, unauthorized system access, malware, or unlawful conduct.
  • No scraping or misuse of platform content.

Liability and Disputes

  • Service is provided as-is within legal limits.
  • TournaCC liability is limited as described in the full Terms.
  • Governing law: Singapore.
  • Disputes are handled through binding arbitration where legally permitted.
